hjaya9 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "hjaya9") operates the website hjaya9.cam and provides online gaming and betting services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hjaya9 and the user.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

hjaya9 may at any time request documents necessary to verify a user's identity. hjaya9 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals until verification is complete. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents are acceptable for identity verification.

hjaya9 services are available to persons aged 21 or older only. Registration and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If it is proven that a user is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The specific wagering requirements for each bonus offer must be met.
• Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible; it is only possible after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Each bonus offer has an expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

hjaya9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Other VIP tier benefits may change at hjaya9's discretion.

hjaya9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games available on the platform are operated by certified software providers and run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined impartially through RNG. If a game connection is interrupted for any reason, the platform saves the state of the game at the moment of disconnection and restores it upon reconnection. However, hjaya9 is not responsible for any loss caused by network issues.

6.2 Technical Errors

Wins or prizes incorrectly displayed due to any software or hardware error will be considered void and hjaya9 is not obligated to pay that amount. In the event of a technical error or software failure, hjaya9's decision is final.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

10.2 Consequences of Termination

After an account is terminated, the relevant user will not be permitted to create a new account under their name unless hjaya9 separately approves it. If termination is due to a breach of the Terms, bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
